LATIVA offers the following delivery options, tailored to the type and size of your order:
- Direct delivery from the factory: For large and pallet orders. Terms and conditions are negotiated individually with the client.
- Delivery with LATIVA's own transport: Used for medium and large volume orders, with delivery made after prior arrangement of day and time.
- Courier delivery: With the courier companies "Econt" and "Speedy" for small and compact orders. You will receive tracking information for your order via SMS or email.
We deliver to every point in Bulgaria.
Please note: After completing the order, you will receive a personal payment link via email or SMS.
Delivery can be carried out with specialized transport from us to the site, by courier Speedy or Econt, with the delivery price determined according to the weight of the shipment and the delivery address. All details will be confirmed with you after receiving the order.
The order is not finalized until payment is made through the sent link.
SECTION 2 – DELIVERY DEADLINES
The standard delivery times for available products are between 1 and 3 business days after order confirmation. For special and custom orders, delivery times are further specified with the customer.
LATIVA is not responsible for delivery delays due to force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, road incidents, government actions, pandemics, and other similar situations). In such cases, you will be promptly notified.
SECTION 3 – PRICES AND PAYMENT FOR DELIVERY
The delivery cost is determined by the size, type, and destination of the order. The exact price will be provided upon finalizing the order or will be further clarified with our representative.

SECTION 4 – RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN DELIVERY
You are required to carefully inspect the delivered goods upon receipt. In case you find any damages, shortages, or discrepancies, you must request a report from the courier and notify us immediately. Claims for transport damages are accepted up to 24 hours after delivery.
Responsibility for the products transfers to you at the moment of delivery acceptance.
