LATIVA offers the following delivery options, tailored to the type and size of your order:

  • Direct delivery from the factory: For large and pallet orders. Terms and delivery times are negotiated individually with the customer.
  • Delivery with LATIVA's own transport: Used for medium and large volume orders, with delivery carried out after prior arrangement of day and time.
  • Courier delivery: With the courier companies "Econt" and "Spedi" for small and compact orders. You will receive tracking information for your order via SMS or email.

We deliver to every point in Bulgaria.

Please note: After completing your order, you will receive a personal payment link by email or SMS.

Delivery is carried out by specialized transport from us to the site, or by courier services Spedi or Econt, with the delivery price determined according to the package weight and delivery address. All details will be confirmed with you after receiving the order.

The order is not finalized until payment is made via the sent link.

SECTION 2 – DELIVERY TIMES

Standard delivery times for available products are between 1 and 3 business days after order confirmation. For special and custom orders, delivery times are agreed upon separately with the customer.

LATIVA is not responsible for delivery delays due to force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, road accidents, government actions, pandemics, and similar situations). In such cases, you will be notified promptly.

SECTION 3 – DELIVERY PRICES AND PAYMENTS

The delivery price is determined according to the size, type, and destination of the order. The exact price will be provided when finalizing the order or clarified further with our representative.

LATIVA periodically offers special promotions with free delivery, the terms of which are published on our website.

SECTION 4 – RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES DURING DELIVERY

You are required to carefully inspect the delivered goods upon receipt. If you find any damage, shortages, or discrepancies, you must request a report from the courier and notify us immediately. Claims for transport damage are accepted up to 24 hours after delivery.

Responsibility for the products passes to you at the moment of delivery acceptance.

SECTION 5 – LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

In case of a lost or damaged shipment, contact us immediately at the provided contacts. We will assist in resolving the issue with the courier service. Compensation depends on the courier's policy.
